Literally a home away from home.
This place was one of the reasons why i came to karwar and not once i regretted my decision of visiting this beautiful city. Ocean deck is situated at a very wonderful point, it's host is a wonderful person who takes care of everything. The food is another thing that impressed me. the staff too was very accommodating. Had a wonderful time in there.

Awesome place Worth visiting again
Super quiet and tranquil place. Awesome host and great food. The seafood was awesome but a little variations are required. Good activities and most importantly zero crowd. Rooms are decent and we had the top room with a private sit out. Was great kayaking and swimming.

Perfect family stay in the lap of nature
A humble property right at the mouth of the sea. With little surprise from nature and the owners' personal attention it was a perfect holiday. Best visited with family.

Excellent quiet serene location. Had a great time. Enjoyed & had fun kayaking and beach trek activities. Seafood served was class apart. Rooms are good. Worth visiting again & again. Overall superb holiday.

Ocean Deck-An Unexplored Gem
We went to Ocean Deck on a 3 day holiday towards the end of October after reading the good reviews about it.Though we were skeptical about the genuineness of these reviews, what we experienced was beyond our expectations. Vinay and his team are unmatched in hospitality. Right from the moment we landed till we left they played a perfect host. We have stayed in many top hotels and resorts, but the hospitality and food offered by Vinay and his team is unmatched. The variety of seafood offered in one meal is beyond imagination. I will visit again surely in the near future and have already recommended my friends to visit Ocean Deck once in a lifetime.

Outstanding experience, amazing food & helpful cheerful staff
This is a class one home stay. My family loved this place, it was their first time in Karwar. This place is safe and has clean rooms, spacious and comfortable beds and excellent bathroom fittings with lovely indoor plants planted. The owner Vinay is a gracious hosts. The staff Vaibhav and the rest are warm, cheerful and always ready to help. This property has its own character. It has been done up with attention to the smallest details. It's crammed with antiques. No pictures on any website would do justice to the real thing. One has to stay here and soak it up to experience it. We moved around without our footwear and were made to feel at home. We has the best experience of kayaking & beach trekking and were lucky enough to spot a peacock. Do follow Vinay's recommendation about restaurants and beaches blindly. He and his staff know how to take care of their guests. We cherish our stay at Ocean deck homestay and long to visit again.
